Well if you don't want to mess around and you want to get things done then you should def look up Kami at Simply Vegas. He worked hard and got my place sold for cash in about 3 or 4 days. I was in Thailand and we were able to stay in constant contact and sign most all docs from out of the country. Kami was on top of things the entire time and made it super easy with as little stress as possible. I don't shout out accolades easily but in this case Kami deserves the award!! If you want to sell or buy a place you can't make a better choice. Look em up, stay stress-free..
